In these quarterly 90 minute gatherings we will be a Thinking Environment for each other in Rounds and pairs. We may explore a specific topic with a Collegiate colleague, consider some combinations of the Ten Components; discuss a Fine Point paper from Nancy, or refresh our practice with a practical application (e.g. Time to Think Council, Thinking Partnership session).

Our topic for Spring: Inclusive Leadership.

Time to Think Coach Jane Horan will share some of her research and extensive experience working with multicultural, diverse teams in a Thinking Environment. We will then have time to think individually and collectively about what inclusion means to us and where and how diversity / difference shows up in our work and practice.
